Job summary

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient demeanor, dedicated to providing exceptional care.
• Reliable and dependable with a commitment to maintaining clients’ independence.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CNA certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities.
• Assist with medication management and report any changes in client condition.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with family members and other health care providers.
