Applicants must be 21+, have English communication skills, and a valid U.S. driver’s license. No prior caregiving experience is required, and you can start earning quickly with manageable shifts.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years or older.
Ability to communicate in English.
Valid U.S. issued driver’s license.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to pass a background check.
Ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
Access to a smartphone.
Access to a vehicle [VEHICLE_YEAR] or newer.
No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required.
Kind‑hearted, patient, and caring.
Available to work 2 or more hours per week.

Responsibilities

Provide part-time companionship and assistance to older adults and families.
Help around the house and run errands, including transportation in some cases, and provide friendly company.
Use the Papa mobile app to choose from hourly visit opportunities, typically 2–4 hours each, and create your own schedule.
