As a Papa Pal, you’ll provide companionship and light assistance at clients’ homes, commute as needed, and use the app to select 2–4 hour visits that fit your life and schedule.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver’s license.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Pass a background check and motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle [VEHICLE_YEAR] or newer.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with light household chores and errands.
• Offer transportation to appointments or other outings.
