Job summary

Visiting Angels Greater Philadelphia is hiring compassionate part-time caregivers in Philadelphia, PA. As a caregiver you’ll provide one-on-one home-based support to seniors, helping with daily activities, meals, and medication reminders while ensuring safety and dignity.

We offer flexible day/evening/weekend shifts, biweekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing training. Prior caregiving experience and certifications such as CNA/HHA are preferred; proof of vaccination is required.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA, HHA, DC certification, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and daily activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Help with errands and grocery shopping when needed.
• Support clients' independence, dignity, and quality of life.
• Communicate any concerns or changes to the office team.
