Job summary

The Arbor Company is hiring part-time caregivers to support seniors in daily activities and promote engagement in a respectful, supportive environment. You’ll be part of a team recognized as a Great Place To Work and offered flexible shifts, including 3p-11p and 11p-7a on a rotating weekend schedule.

We provide strong benefits like paid time off, tuition assistance, health/dental/vision insurance, and an employer-maired 401K. Memory care experience is a plus, and certification is not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Memory Care experience is a plus.
• Must have at least 6 months of previous work experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, or DSP.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
