Papa, Inc. is hiring part-time companion caregivers (Papa Pals) in Trabuco Canyon, CA. We seek reliable people who love helping others and value flexible schedules. Earn up to $18.00/hr, with bonuses available, and join a team that makes a difference in your community.

Your duties include providing companionship, light housework, errands, transportation, and friendly company to older adults and families. A smartphone and vehicle are required to get matched with 2–4 hour visits through our app.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle or newer.
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required.
• Kind-hearted, patient, and caring.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and assistance to older adults and families.
• Help around the house, run errands, and provide transportation as needed.
• Use the mobile app to choose hourly visit opportunities (typically 2–4 hours each) and create your own schedule around your life.
