Qualifications

• Prior direct care experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Meets age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health.
• Encourage independence and help residents maintain their dignity through professional conduct and interactions.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information; present a neat, clean appearance; participate in in-services.
