Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
• Prepare meals and encourage healthy eating.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and everyday activities.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable environment.
• Provide transportation and assistance with errands, appointments, or community activities.
• Follow individualized care plans.
• Document services provided and communicate observations to the care team.
