Job summary

HomeWell Care Services of Chattanooga is hiring compassionate CNAs and Non-Medical Caregivers for part-time opportunities across the Chattanooga area. We offer competitive pay, flexible schedules, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.

As a HomeWell Caregiver, you will help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home, providing personal care, companionship, meal support, transportation help, and light housekeeping while documenting observations for the care team.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred or equivalent caregiving experience.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient with seniors.
• Ability to work independently in a client's home.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs
• Prepare meals and encourage healthy eating
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with mobility and everyday activities
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable environment
• Provide transportation and assistance with errands, appointments, or community activities
• Follow individualized care plans
• Document services provided and communicate important observations to the care team
• Develop trusting relationships with clients and their families
