Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on care and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will assist with ADLs, follow individualized service plans, and promote safety, dignity, and independence.

The role includes supporting dining services, engaging residents in daily activities, and communicating with families and care leaders. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for memory-impaired residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
