Sunrise Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking a Caring Caregiver to provide hands-on support with daily living activities, follow individualized service plans, and help maintain a safe, dignified environment for residents.

You will engage residents, assist with dining, communicate with families, and contribute to positive experiences in Memory Care and the broader community. A high school diploma and CPR/First Aid are required or obtainable; competitive pay and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
