Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan seeks reliable and compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes, supporting, encouraging, and helping with skill-building activities. You will also accompany clients into the community to help grow personal goals outside the home.

Full and part-time positions are available with paid training and a flexible schedule. Weekly pay and a virtual interview process are offered to support a smooth hiring experience.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable behavior is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans is necessary.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments is required.
• Must be able to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
