Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to provide 1:1 in-home support for recipients in Southeast Michigan, including the Grosse Pointe area. You will help with skill-building activities and accompany clients to community activities to grow personal goals outside the home.

We offer a flexible schedule, paid training, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process to welcome you to our caring team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass background checks and screenings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home care to recipients.
• Support and encourage skill-building activities.
• Assist with community outings to promote personal goals.

You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.
