Job summary

Visiting Angels of Southern Pines is hiring a Part Time Caregiver to support clients across Sanford and nearby towns. You will deliver compassionate in-home care tailored to each client’s plan, helping with daily activities and mobility while maintaining independence.

This role offers flexible schedules, a supportive team, and opportunities for growth. You will work with patients and families, report changes promptly, and participate in training such as dementia or Alzheimer’s care to broaden

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle to transport clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• First aid and emergency response training provided if needed.
• Excellent time-management and ability to juggle multiple duties.
• Reliable transportation to client homes as scheduled.
• Comfort with housekeeping, cooking, and safety standards.
• Compassion and a desire to brighten clients’ days.

Part Time Caregiver Job Requirements:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Posses a Valid Drivers License, Car Insurance, and a Reliable Personal Vehicle to use to transport clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must
• Training in First Aid and emergency response is required (provided if needed)
• Have excellent time-management skills and can juggle multiple duties at once
• Reliable transportation to get to and from client homes at the times you're scheduled to provide care
• Feel confident in your physical endurance when it comes to things like carrying groceries and physically supporting a client
• Feel comfortable performing housekeeping and cooking duties while adhering to applicable dietary constraints
• Are willing and able to comply with state and office-specific health and safety standards (ex., background check)
• Bring compassion, understanding, and a desire to brighten the day of each client to the table
