Job summary

Griswold Home Care of Lakewood is seeking kind, dependable caregivers to join our growing team. This role offers meaningful work helping seniors live safely and comfortably at home, with flexible day, evening, overnight, or 24-hour shifts and weekly pay.

We provide training, support, and opportunities to grow, plus competitive pay of $20–$22 per hour based on experience. Applicants must reside in Colorado and have at least six months of caregiving experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn; training provided.
• Residence in Colorado required.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As a caregiver, you’ll make a real difference in someone’s daily life by helping them remain independent at home. Schedules are flexible and may include day, evening, overnight, or 24-hour shifts, with some clients needing as little as four hours of care.

Care may include companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, personal care assistance (such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding), dementia support, and clear communication with our office team.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for caregivers with reliable transportation, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least six months of caregiving experience—whether professional or caring for a loved one. A willingness to learn is essential, and we’re happy to provide training and support along the way.
