Job summary

Right at Home Chattanooga is seeking dependable In-Home Caregivers and Home Health Aides to bring comfort, safety and companionship to seniors at home. The role involves assisting with daily living, driving to appointments and ensuring clients’ independence with a friendly, supportive approach.

Paid at $15 per hour with higher pay for shorter shifts, the position offers flexible scheduling, PTO, mileage reimbursement, health benefits and 401K matching.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle with insurance are required.
• Willing to travel to client homes and facilities.
• Ability to lift/transfer up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• At least 6 months of caregiving or home care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, cleaning and cooking.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands as needed.
• Provide emotional support, companionship and safety in the home.
