Job summary

Right at Home Twin Cities & South Suburbs is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our award-winning team and enjoy meaningful, flexible work that fits your lifestyle.

Starting at $18/hr, with part-time hours and short shifts near clients, plus a 401(k) with company match, PTO, AFLAC options, and a mobile clock-in/out system. No professional caregiving experience? training is provided and we’ll match you with clients who fit your comfort level.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license and insured, reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to complete a TB test and authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship
• Assist with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, or social activities
