Qualifications

• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations, manage multiple priorities, and work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual career coaching on exploration, resumes, cover letters, interviewing, networking, and job searches.
• Assist with planning and delivering career development workshops, classroom presentations, and events.
• Support Nittany Lion Careers administration, including posting and maintaining job and internship listings.
• Collaborate with campus partners to support student engagement, career readiness, and daily operations.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting and special projects as needed.
