Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Gilbert, AZ is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, promote safety and dignity, and work in a team to create a nurturing environment.

Position is part-time, Fridays and Saturdays, 2-10:30pm, located at 580 S. Gilbert Road, with compensation of $18-$20 per hour. Training, growth opportunities, and a supportive benefits program are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA) or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting.
• Experience with memory care is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) while ensuring safety and privacy.
• Provide compassionate care, engagement, and companionship to promote independence.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks (beds, tidying rooms).
• Promote open communication between residents, families, and staff.
