Qualifications

• Must be dependable and compassionate.

• Comfort with cats and ability to assist with daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Transfers with EZ Lift.
• ADL assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming as needed).
• Cooking meals for the client.
• Light cleaning and household upkeep.
• Provide companionship and social interaction.

Overview of Job

Community Horizons is working with a community member to find dependable and caring staff, to help empower them in their home of Onalaska, WI. This member uses a wheelchair and EZ Lift to transfer. The member wants assistance with cooking, cleaning, and companionship as well.

Tasks involved but not limited to:

• Transfers with EZ Lift
• ADL Assistance
• Cooking
• Cleaning
• Companionship

Pay- $17

Schedule- 2 Weekdays @ 8p & Friday @ 8a. Weekends & Holidays as needed (typically at 8a, 2p, 8p)
