Job summary

Aura Health is seeking a Cardiac Sonographer to perform clinical ultrasound exams and related procedures in a patient-centered setting in Fayetteville, GA.

You will operate ultrasound equipment, provide care across all ages, and communicate effectively with radiologists and staff, applying knowledge of anatomy and pathology to diagnose conditions.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited ultrasound or Cardiac Sonographer program.
• Must hold or be eligible for ARDMS RDCS or CCI RCS certification, within 12 months.
• BLS certification mandatory.
• No prior experience required.

Job description

Role:

Cardiac Sonographer responsible for performing clinical diagnostic ultrasound exams and routine invasive procedures using ultrasound equipment.

Responsibilities:

Operates ultrasound machinery, provides patient care across all age groups (neonatal to geriatrics), and communicates effectively with staff and radiologists. Demonstrates knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and pathology.

Qualifications:

Graduated from an accredited ultrasound or Cardiac Sonographer program, with no prior experience required. Must hold or be eligible for ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS) certification, obtaining appropriate credentials within twelve months. BLS certification is mandatory.
