Job summary

IQVIA LLC is seeking a Part Time Clinical Consultant to support cases, manage patients, and educate accounts within a designated Franchise/Region. The role emphasizes clinical excellence in cardiac care, with on-site responsibilities at hospitals and potential travel for field support.

The ideal candidate holds an RN/APP license or relevant experience, plus 3+ years in CICU/CVICU/CVOR or Cath Lab, and substantial ventricular device exposure (10+ cases).

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN)/Advanced Practice Provider (APP) license strongly preferred or relevant experience.
• Perfusionists and cardiovascular specialists are also preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience with CICU/CVICU/CVOR or Cath Lab required; CVICU experience highly preferred.
• Industry experience preferred but not required.
• Significant ventricular medical device experience (min 10 cases).
• Must provide 2 live field days per month (5 total days).
• Weekend availability: at least 1 weekend per month; flexible nights/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and demonstrate knowledge of products/therapies and their applications.
• Improve patient outcomes by delivering ventricular device education in ICU, OR, and Cath Lab.
• Provide ventricular device case support, including on-call support.
• Perform proactive rounds and assist patients receiving support.
• Collaborate with CSC for ongoing support; maintain clinical competency and continual learning; travel as needed.
