Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work with store teams, restock and organize Hallmark products, and maintain compelling displays across grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers. You will support seasonal resets and installations, with holiday hours and weekend shifts as needed.

A mobile device is provided to report time, communicate with supervisors, and survey merchandising activity. Requirements include being 18+, able to read/write English, capable of lifting up to 50

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• You're able to read, write and understand English.
• You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products using the handheld device, ensuring proper displays.
• Holiday support: assist during seasonal peaks with extended hours and weekend work if needed.
• Department Resets: participate in installations and reconfigurations of displays and fixtures, often with advance notice.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with other merchandisers to support territories.
