Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels. You will restock Hallmark products, support seasonal resets, and assist with installations in grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers.

This role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed, with a variable weekly schedule and 9–11 hours on average. Training is provided, and voluntary benefits are available for part-time employees.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to transportation to travel to and between stores.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory in assigned stores.
• Support holiday and seasonal merchandising with extended hours when needed.
• Install fixtures, relocate card sections, and reset displays as required.
• Collaborate with store teams and other merchandisers to ensure consistent in-store presentation.
