Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service and address inquiries promptly.
• Recite standard greetings and assist with sales initiatives and memberships.
• Keep the facility, equipment and grounds clean, safe and fully operational.
• Help optimize vehicle throughput to reduce wait times and improve the customer experience.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulatory standards.
• Conduct general housekeeping and monitor inventory to assist restocking chemicals and supplies.
