Job summary

Hertz in Phoenix, AZ is seeking part-time Car Wash Attendants who take pride in their work and drive customer satisfaction by preparing vehicles for rental.

You will clean cars to Hertz Gold Clean standards, complete basic safety checks, and manage a fast-paced workflow with a goal of five rental-ready vehicles per hour, outdoor in all weather.

A valid driver’s license with a clean record, age 20+, and a high school diploma or GED are required; benefits include incentives and employee perks.

• Work outside in all weather conditions.
• Transport vehicles throughout the lot.

How To Drive Your Future In Working With Hertz

• Prepare vehicles to be ready for rent and customer pick up
• Maintain a fast-paced workflow while delivering Hertz Gold Clean standards, with a target of 5 rental-ready vehicles per hour
• Conduct basic vehicle safety checks, including inspecting dashboard warning lights, tire condition, and fuel and fluid levels to ensure vehicles are safe, rental-ready, and meet customer satisfaction
• Work outside in all weather conditions
• Transport vehicles throughout lot
• Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Be at least 20 years of age
• High School diploma or general equivalency diploma required.
