Carvana in Chicago is seeking entry-level Lot Attendants to keep the vehicle fleet clean and presentable at Market Hubs. You will work with teammates to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction, and you must maintain regular attendance in this part-time role.

Starting pay is $17 per hour with growth to $18 per hour based on performance, plus a merit program that adds increases every 90 days. PTO, paid holidays, and a birthday holiday are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record for the past 3 years.

Responsabilités

• Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability or cosmetic issues.
• Wash and vacuum inventory regularly.
• Complete multi-point inspections including fuel level, safety features, and disclosures.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.
• Interact with team members and management across all lines of the business.
