Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check per Tribal regulations.
• Genuine passion for cannabis and commitment to customer education.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with respect and genuine hospitality.
• Guide customers through cannabis selection with education on effects, terpenes, and experience.
• Share knowledge about cultivation, terpene profiles, product types, and consumption methods.
• Explain dosing, responsible use, and differences between product categories.
• Provide recommendations based on customer needs and goals.
• Support the deli-style flower experience by showcasing product quality and aiding informed selections.
