Job Title: Part-Time Cannabis Delivery Driver

Compensation: Guaranteed minimum average hourly compensation of $18 an hour with base wage & tips

Schedule: Monday-Sunday with morning and evening availability strongly preferred

We are seeking part-time Delivery Drivers to provide exceptional customer service to medical patients by delivering Medical Cannabis products directly to them. We will provide the vehicle, as well as all the tools and training needed to be successful. We are seeking team members that are professional, cheerful, punctual, and comfortable with the responsibility of delivering valuable products.

This is a part-time position, with a strong emphasis on the end-of-week and weekend availability work schedule. You can generally anticipate 20-27 hours per week from Thursday-Sunday. Additionally, our drivers are required to sign up for two slots for our outdoor harvest breakdown happening in the fall of this year (2025). You will temporarily get to experience the cultivation side of the business. Please note this is work done in an outdoor environment that potentially can be physically demanding.

Experience + Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and execute state laws and regulations required when delivering medical cannabis
  • Ability to manage documents and navigate mobile applications associated with medical cannabis delivery
  • Professional driving and delivery experience
  • Experience in customer service
  • Security experience a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • A genuine interest in helping people and a sincere interest in learning about cannabis and the industry

Requirements:
  • Valid Utah driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must pass all required background checks
  • Required to occasionally help with our outdoor harvest. Please note this work is done in an outdoor environment for typically an 8-hour working day.
  • Age 21 or over, per state requirement
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Flexible schedule. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and 10 hr shifts as needed.
  • Must be able to sit and drive for extended periods of time while maintaining focus, as well as the ability to bend and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to walk up and down stairs.
  • The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds (e.g., machinery alarms, medical codes or alarms).
  • Must have a working phone with connection to internet services
  • Weekend availability.
  • Morning and evening availability, evenings usually no later than 8:00 pm.

    • 2 weeks accrued annually during the first two years of employment
    • 3 weeks accrued annually after two years of continuous employment
