Job summary

Endicott College in Beverly, MA seeks Reserve Campus Shuttle/Van Drivers for part-time, temporary roles reporting to the Associate Director, Housing Operations in Residence Life. Drivers support campus events, weddings, and commencement activities, providing safe, friendly transportation to students, faculty, staff and guests.

Shifts vary by event and may be 2–8 hours, including weekends. Successful candidates will sign up for at least one shift per semester and may fill in when others are

Qualifications

• Must have a current and valid driver's license.
• Good driving record (subject to background check).
• Excellent customer service-oriented communication skills including responding to texts and emails in a timely manner.
• Proven problem-solving ability.
• Communicate effectively with passengers in a customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe transportation for students, faculty, staff, and guests.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe vehicle environment for all passengers.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and promptly report any mechanical or safety issues to management.
• Deliver high-quality customer service by welcoming passengers and interacting with a polite, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Adapt to route changes and respond effectively to on-the-spot passenger requests.
• Maintain a professional appearance and clear, concise communication with passengers, team members, and management.
• Arrive punctually, fully prepared for all assigned shifts and special events.
