Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Texas CDL Class B with passenger endorsements.
• Current DOT Medical Certification or ability to obtain before employment.
• Three years of experience including one year with a passenger vehicle.
• Ability to pass background check and maintain security of UT San Antonio.

Responsibilities

• Drives and operates University shuttle buses and other vehicles on assigned routes.
• Provides service to students, employees, and visitors.
• Checks vehicle condition and reports needed maintenance.
• Maintains mileage reports.
• Performs minor vehicle maintenance and cleaning.
• Provides special event transportation as needed.
• Promotes safety and environmental protections and follows university safety protocols.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
