Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Part Time, Unarmed Patrol) in Greensboro, NC to safeguard clients and deliver strong customer service. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws; valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff and visitors through security procedures and emergency response.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly and follow reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of campus buildings, walkways, parking areas and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents and daily observations and communicate findings to supervisors.
