Job summary

Asbury Communities in Erie, PA, is seeking a part-time Security Officer to help keep residents and staff safe. The role conducts patrols, locks/unlocks doors, and responds to emergencies with professionalism. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR &AED certification within 6 months, and a valid driver's license.

• Current CPR & AED Certification—required to obtain within 6 months of starting with company.
• Valid Driver’s License, required.

Responsibilities

• Locks and unlocks appropriate doors at scheduled times.
• Routinely makes vehicle and foot patrols of entire campus.
• Immediately responds to resident, associate, and building emergencies.
• Proactively addresses safety and security issues.
• Operates assigned vehicle in a safe and professional manner at all times.
