Job summary

San Marcos Academy in San Marcos, Texas, is accepting applications for a Retail Assistant, a regular part-time position working 20 hours per week with morning, afternoon, or evening shifts. Qualifications

• Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Ability to work well with students.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods.
• Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible work hours.

Responsibilities

• Cashiering using a point of sale machine.
• Receiving, pricing, and shelving merchandise.
• Stocking the Sabre Bookstore and Bear Outfitters.
• Assisting students PreK-12th grade.
• Clerical work and data entry.
• Concessions responsibilities during sporting events.
• Availability mostly Mon-Fri with weekend occasional shifts.
