Presbyterian Homes & Services at Shorewood Landing in Shorewood, MN is seeking a Part Time Campus Pastor (20 hours per week) to support residents and families with spiritual and emotional care.

You will plan and coordinate the Spiritual Care program, oversee worship services, holidays, Bible studies, and dementia-care spiritual programs; visit residents, document activities, and liaise with local churches and clergy. Collaboration with Admissions and the PHS network is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in theology preferred.
• Ecclesiastical endorsement by a recognized denomination.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, organize and coordinate the Spiritual Care program.
• Provide Sunday worship and chapel services; plan major holiday services.
• Visit residents and families; document visits and reports.
• Provide dementia-care spiritual services; support Hospice as appropriate.
• Recruit clergy and lay leaders; collaborate with Admissions and church communities.
