Job summary

Ellenco Estágios e Treinamentos is seeking a Custodian to perform routine cleaning and grounds maintenance at an assigned campus. The role operates during day or evening shifts under supervision of a custodial supervisor, with evaluations based on ongoing work and completed tasks.

The position is part-time and reports to the Director of Operations. Candidates should be able to work outdoors in varying weather, stand for long periods, and lift up to 65 pounds. Training sessions will be provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Ability to understand operating instructions in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Ability to hear normally at 25 feet.
• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds.
• Ability to operate cleaning machines.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks: sweeping, dusting, mopping, scrubbing, sealing, buffing, washing rooms, vacuuming, surfaces.
• Conduct ground maintenance: mowing, watering, sweeping, weeding.
• Move and arrange furniture and equipment.
• Ensure building security through inspections.
• Complete duties as assigned by supervisors.
