• Understand production standards for processing of all product and correct labeling
• Ensure proper sanitation of department, equipment and proper food handling/preparation
• Follow policies for ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying merchandise
• Adhere to Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and procedures
• Wear the Food Lion uniform with apron and name badge when on duty
• Perform all other duties as assigned
