Job Overview
The Busser clears all used tableware, napkins, and refuse from tables to tubs in the bus station area, wipes down tables and chairs, and clears debris and crumbs from floor areas surrounding the tables.

Education/Formal Training: None required.
Experience: None required.
Knowledge/Skills: Basic knowledge of restaurant operations.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs; handle trays, carts, and small equipment; balance, kneel, crouch, reach, and handle objects; travel up to 300 feet regularly; stand continuously during shifts; read meters and controls.
