Job summary

Quorum Hospitality is seeking a Part Time Busperson for Azucar at La Serena Villas in Palm Springs, CA. You will be the vital link between kitchen and guests, expediting orders, setting tables, and helping servers to deliver a flawless dining experience.

Starting pay is $17 per hour plus tips. Looking for 1+ year in Food & Beverage, a high school diploma, and relevant certifications. Benefits include health, vacation, holidays, 401(k), tuition assistance, travel discounts, and daily pay.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Food & Beverage preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Unexpired Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Handlers Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening checklists, set tables with care, and ensure all dining areas are clean and welcoming.
• Expedite food orders, provide water and refills, and assist servers to enhance the guest experience.
• Act as a liaison between kitchen and service team members, manage the replenishment of supplies, and assist with side work.
• Clear tables, clean up spills, sweep floors, and keep the dining area organized.
• Approach every guest and team interaction with warmth and professionalism, ready to assist with any questions or needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
