EDISON’S ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX is looking for individuals who are highly motivated and have an outgoing personality to work in a dynamic, fun, and energetic environment. Edison’s is a 30,000 s.f. entertainment facility on Rte. 157 in Edwardsville, IL that features boutique bowling, laser tag, arcade, a full-service restaurant and lounge, and five party rooms. Edison’s offers something for all ages and strives to bring the highest quality of entertainment to the community.

Job Description

• Practices complete guest service by greeting and welcoming guests.
• Possesses knowledge of food and beverages served.
• Able to properly set tables.
• Understands mechanics of service and can arrange tables for large parties.
• Maintains dining room, entrance (interior and exterior) throughout shift.
• Ensures that the dining area is clean and presentable.
• Ensures that there are plenty of menus for the service period.
• Appears and acts in a professional manner.
• Assists servers as needed.
• Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by a manager at any time.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills.
• Prior experience working in customer service preferred.
