Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Busser responsibilities: Clear and reset tables quickly; return soiled dishes; refill water; set up tables; maintain dining room cleanliness; stock stations; assist with opening/closing duties.
• Expo responsibilities: act as liaison between kitchen and service staff; ensure order accuracy; garnish and inspect plates; coordinate food delivery to guests; keep expo line organized; communicate with chefs and servers; stock kitchen or expo supplies.
