Primrose School of Leesburg is seeking a dependable Part-Time Bus Driver & Support Teacher to join our team. This role combines safe student transportation with classroom support in a warm, collaborative environment.

Shift runs 12:00pm–6:00pm during the school year. Responsibilities include transporting students, chaperoning field trips, supervising in classrooms, and assisting teachers with daily activities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience driving a school bus or working with children preferred.
• Able to actively engage with and supervise children throughout the day.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must meet all state licensing and background check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport children from local elementary schools to Primrose School of Leesburg.
• Follow all traffic laws, school transportation policies, and safety procedures.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Supervise and ensure the safety of children during transportation and field trips.
• Serve as a chaperone during field trips and school outings.
• Assist teachers in classrooms with daily activities, transitions, and supervision.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development.
• Communicate professionally with school staff, parents, and administration.
• Maintain required records and documentation related to transportation and student safety.

Primrose School of Leesburg is seeking a dependable, caring, and energetic Part-Time Bus Driver & Support Teacher to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, values safety, and thrives in a collaborative school environment.

The Part-Time Bus Driver & Support Teacher is responsible for safely transporting school-age children from local elementary schools to Primrose School of Leesburg during the school year, driving students on field trips, and assisting with supervision and chaperoning during off-campus activities. When not driving, this team member will support teachers in various classrooms as a Teacher’s Assistant.
