• Physical abilities: stamina, strength and endurance to safely transport residents in and out of the vehicle using ramps, wheelchair tie downs and lifts.
• Safety-focused: ensure safe and secure travel for residents.
• Supportive presence: create a calm, engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Teamwork: work with others toward excellent resident care.

Responsibilities

• The Community Bus Driver provides transportation to residents for appointments and activities.
• Demonstrates CARE values to residents, families, customers and staff.
• Complies with licensing and safety requirements (CDL where applicable).
• Maintains good standing and up-to-date Operator’s License.
