Qualifications

• CDL with Passenger (P) endorsement required.
• Class B CDL or higher with air brake qualification; no air brake restriction.
• DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate/medical card required; FMCSA Clearinghouse eligibility.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift and move luggage or equipment within safe limits.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 56-passenger coach bus for Calvin University business.
• Transport varsity student-athlete teams and other groups to destinations.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming passenger environment and assist with loading/unloading.
• Communicate professionally with coaches, staff, students, passengers and transportation partners.
• Follow all federal/state/local laws and Calvin University transportation policies.
