Job summary

Butler County Area Application Consortium is seeking a part-time school bus driver for the Fairfield Township Campus. You will safely transport students to and from school-sponsored events, including field trips, with up to 29 hours per week.

The ideal candidate has a clean driving record, a valid CDL with S and P endorsements, and the ability to work as part of a team. Must meet age and background-check requirements and be committed to reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with S and P endorsements (Class A or B).
• Must be 21+ with driving experience; 2 years preferred.
• Clear driving record (≤6 points in last 2 years) and no DUIs.
• BCI/FBI background check required.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to maintain good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school-sponsored events such as field trips.
• Maintain timely schedules and student safety during transport.

POSITION: Bus Driver

LOCATION: Fairfield Township Campus

DESCRIPTION

Part time school bus driver needed to safely and efficiently transport students to and from school sponsored events such as field trips. Up to 29 hours per week.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.;
• Commercial Driver License (CDL) of the appropriate class A or B type with an S and P endorsement;
• Current driver certification and/or recertified certificate from ODT class;
• Must be 21 years of age with at least two (2) years of driving experience preferred;
• Possess current T-8 form of physical approval or willing and able to obtain;
• Must possess no more than 6 points on driving record(abstract) within the last 2 years from the Bureau of Motor Vehicles and no DUIs;
• Subject to drug and alcohol testing;
• Willingness/ability to work as a team member;
• History of good job attendance; and
• Must pass BCI/FBI criminal background check.
