Job summary

iHeartMedia Markets is seeking a part-time Broadcast Producer to plan and produce live and pre-recorded radio segments across news, music, talk, and sports. You will generate ideas, research topics, and coordinate guests while guiding presenters and crew to deliver high-quality content.

You will manage budgets, secure permissions for recordings and music usage, and ensure compliance with broadcasting regulations. Strong writing, organization, and radio studio experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Generate original ideas and research for live and pre-recorded radio shows
• Coordinate guests and material, contact and scheduling
• Direct presenters and crew to meet production standards
• Manage budgets and resources
• Obtain licenses for recording or broadcasting and music usage
• Monitor listener feedback and respond to inquiries
• Collaborate with program contributors to ensure quality and compliance
• Operate soundboards and editing/production software
• Schedule and monitor radio stream during live recordings
• Assist with archiving, post-production, and file management
