Paycom - ATS in Norfolk, NE is seeking a Part-time Brewista to craft drinks, take orders, and welcome customers with warmth on every shift. You’ll operate the register, manage payments, and ensure every beverage meets our quality standards.

This role requires a friendly, fast-paced team player who can lift up to 50lbs, stand for long periods, and work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience creating genuine, uplifting interactions with customers.
• Ability to work quickly with hot water, coffee, and dairy products.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods and move in a stand.
• Able to climb a ladder and use a stepladder.
• Safe handling of drive-thru environments.
• Familiarity with shift change duties and stock duties.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and input into the POS.
• Collect payments and give correct change.
• Prepare drinks and premixes.
• Move with urgency to serve customers.
• Stay productive and proactive during shifts.
• Make personal connections with customers daily with warmth.
• Know menu and customizations; offer suggestions when appropriate.
• Present best self with hygiene and dress standards.
• Familiar with shift-change duties and weekly chores.
• Clock in and be ready at shift start.
• Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment per standards.
