Position Profile

Prepare culinary delights ensuring guest satisfaction through high-quality food presentation and dining experience. Responsible for food prep in various kitchen stations, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

Essential Job Functions
  1. Prepare food following recipes, standards, and specifications.
  2. Manage food prep timing to avoid waste.
  3. Assemble multiple orders efficiently.
  4. Operate all kitchen stations including broiler, sauté, fry, pantry, and expediter.
  5. Label, rotate, and store perishables properly.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and assist with buffet setup.
  7. Return unused food to storage, maintaining safety standards.
  8. Assist in controlling food costs and minimizing waste.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Desired Skills and Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; culinary certification preferred.

Experience: 6 months to 1 year in food service.

Skills: Knowledge of industrial ovens, cooking ranges, cuisines, safety, sanitation, knife skills; ability to lift 20-40 lbs; stand for long periods; communicate effectively in English.
