Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager in the Aurora, Ohio area. You will be the first face of the brand for growing families, helping customers with product styles and benefits, and leading a team with a welcoming, inclusive attitude.

The role emphasizes coaching, omni-channel service, and driving sales with a strong focus on customer loyalty and operational excellence. Compensation ranges from $13.25 - $16.75 per hour based on experience and location.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required or preferred.
Proven verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel).
Retail or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Become a product and brand expert for families across sizes from preemie to size 14.
Welcome customers with a warm greeting and help with product styles and benefits.
Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
Coach others to success and model service standards across channels.
Lead and execute a defined business focus area through planning and follow-through.
Perform Leader on Duty duties by driving results and addressing customer concerns promptly.
Use feedback to identify opportunities and drive results.
Build customer loyalty through Carter’s programs and credit.
Provide timely feedback to store team and elevate performance concerns to the Store Manager.
