Job summary

Carter’s, Inc. in the Columbia, MD area is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet customers, become a product and brand expert, and help families navigate styles and sizes with warmth and accuracy.

You will lead a store team, foster an inclusive environment, and coach others to success while delivering exceptional service across in-store and omni-channel experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn product styles, features and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles and benefits.
• Maintain a customer-focused sales floor and foster an inclusive environment.
• Lead and coach team during assigned business focus areas and drive results.
• Handle Leader on Duty responsibilities and address customer concerns timely.
• Develop loyalty through programs and help with omni-channel experience.
